Fun Indoor Activities for Fall and Winter
If you're wondering what sort of indoor activities might be worth trying this fall and winter, safety is likely on your mind. With COVID-19 guidelines in place to keep patrons and employees safe, here are a few ideas of things to do around town that are indoors and unique to your regular routine!
hit the lanes at old orchard
Old Orchard is open for bowling with some COVID-19 guidelines in place. Bowling areas must be kept below 50, but if you just want to meet up with a few friends to catch up, bowling is a great way to do so. Bring a mask and get ready to take on your friends. Plus, who could turn down their popular pizza?
When it comes to bowling, hand washing is crucial as well as wearing a mask when you're not seated at your table or at your lane.
Hit Up stix arcade bar
Downtown Champaign is home to a great arcade bar that might be perfect for a small get together with friends. Bring a mask and try retro games and 80s and 90s themed cocktails at Stix Arcade Bar. This establishment opened earlier this year and is a ton of fun for gamers and non-gamers alike. With great drink specials, TVs playing sports, and arcade and pinball cabinets to take you back to the old arcade days, you'll be right at home at Stix! Whether you're down for Space Invaders, TMNT, or something new (to you), it's likely here at Stix. They're taking safety seriously and you can review their COVID-19 guidelines here.
