The Prairie Crossroads Blues Society(PCBS) is hosting its u7th annual 2025 Bluesfest. The two-day event promised a stellar lineup of local, regional, and nationally touring blues acts, offering a free admission for all attendess.
Donations are encouraged to help fund the fest and contribute to the Blues in the Schools (BITS) Education fund, with 10% of any profits supporting this cause.
This year's festival kicks off with a Blues Jam hosted by The Painkillers Blues Band, followed by Billy Galt and The Blues Deacons, and headlining the evening with Chicago's own Stefan Hillesheim. Saturday performances include Andrew Duncanson and Take A Ride, featuring Michael Peloquin, followed by A-Tran Wilson and ther'Up.Y, then The Bluetone Drivers. Rounding out the evening with CU legend Candy Foster and the Shades of Blue.
