Join us to mark the beginning of our last month in our beautiful building before moving down the street to the University YMCA. We'll start at 6:00PM August 13th with poetry readings about remembrance & release as we watch the evening sun pour its light through our stunning stained glass windows.
UniPlace Christian Church has a long history on the corner of Wright and Springfield St. next to campus. We have sold our building to focus more of our efforts on being a gift to the community.This is the same building where students of the Illinois Disciples Foundation organized countless community efforts including starting what would become Common Ground Food Co-Op.
