Dine with us on the farm and experience the pleasures of eating locally. Our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Garron Sanchez will create a multi-course, slow-food meal that showcases the best of Central Illinois agriculture. The vegetables, herbs, and fruits served are grown organically on our farm or from neighboring farms; we also use our farm's artisan, handcrafted cheeses and freshly baked bread.
Your evening will start at 5pm with an outdoor golden hour. Our full bar will be open and features local beers, a select wine list, along with hand crafted cocktails and mocktails. At 6pm you are invited to join an optional farm tour before we sit down to enjoy a four to six-course meal between 6:30 and 7pm. Our meal will conclude around 9pm. Our bar remains open until 10pm for any guests who would like to enjoy a digestif or coffee and watch the stars light up our prairie skies.
