LOVE FOR ALL(erton) - June 1st
Enjoy music, art, and community at this carefree concert event, presented by the U of I Community Credit Union, featuring Carl Anderson (6-7pm) and Devon Gilfillian (7:30-9pm). Be yourself - whoever that might be! - and ditch your inhibitions as we come together to celebrate love for all, and love for Allerton.
RC Fest 2019 – June 7th-9th
Join Horizon Hobby in Monticello, IL, for our annual celebration! Horizon RC Fest 2019 will be the largest gathering of radio-controlled cars, trucks, planes, helicopters, and drones ever seen in the Midwest. Newcomers welcome, and bring your own cars, trucks, and planes!
Uncork Urbana Wine Festival – June 8th
Celebrating the diverse and delicious wines that the state of Illinois has to offer, Uncork Urbana Wine Festival is the chance for wine-lovers in the area to come together and enjoy an afternoon/evening of wine, music, and food. The year's event will take place at the beautiful Meadowbrook Park (2808 S. Race St. in Urbana), from 3:00PM–10:00PM on Saturday, June 8, 2019.
Queering "UP" the Park: 1st Annual Pride Picnic – June 8th
In recognition of the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Riots and in celebration of LGBTQ+ Pride month, the UP Center are planning an evening of friends, family, food & fun! Please bring your own picnic and/or food to share, chairs, blankets, games, etc!
StreetFest – June 8th
Join us for live local music in the streets of Downtown Champaign. Enjoy local food and drinks available from your favorite downtown establishments and listen to some great CU talent. 7-11 p.m.
Juneteenth Celebration – Douglass Park – June 15th
Juneteenth, the oldest known celebration commemorating the abolition of slavery in the United States, is one event you don’t want to miss. Enjoy music and visit different vendors while learning about this important holiday. Children can make arts and crafts, play on the bounce house and obstacle course, or get soaked in the Splash Pad.
Strawberry Jam – June 15th
There is no better way to celebrate that feeling than with live music and your favorite summertime treat! Enjoy musical performances by local musicians and taste fresh strawberries over ice cream (while supplies last).
Pig Daze 2019 – June 22nd
A psychedelic celebration of summer and beer! Join the Blind Pig Brewery to celebrate the summer solstice and the release of our special Pig Daze 2019 brew, a chocolate and pepper imperial stout. This year’s bottles feature the piece “Áine,” named after an Irish goddess of summer, by the incredible local artist Baub Alred.
FOREIGNER - State Farm Center – June 23rd

Arthur Freedom Celebration – June 29th
The 2019 Arthur Fireworks Celebration will begin on Saturday, June 29 with Live Bands, Skydivers, Powered Parachutes, kid’s activities, pony rides, food vendors and concluding with The Largest Fireworks Display in Central Illinois!
