Join us for a unique culinary workshop exploring the
art of cooking with spices at Cedar Oak Farms.
This interactive class will help you understand how spices
enhance flavor, balance dishes, and elevate everyday meals.
Chef Ella will guide guests through several featured spices and blends,
including a hands-on session where participants create their own
chili powder mixture to take home. You’ll learn practical tips, flavor pairings,
and techniques that will transform the way you cook.
Following the class, guests will enjoy a farm lunch inspired
by the spices explored during the workshop, including:
Spice Roasted Chicken with Chili & Oregano
Herbes de Provence Bruschetta
Vanilla Bean Bread Pudding
