Country Cottage Farm and Dining with Dee present a four course Farm-to-Table Dinner.
First Course:
Hand-cut beef tartare, pickled ramps, house-made grilled focaccia, and marinated egg yolk
Second Course:
Wood-fired beef liver served over sweet corn puree with roasted mushrooms, crispy shallots, wilted farm greens, and a blackberry-red wine reduction
Third Course:
Slow-braised beef short ribs with glazed farm vegetables and smoked Gouda and truffle mashed potatoes
Fourth Course:
Burnt local honey ice cream with chocolate soil, candied beef bacon, caramelized pecans, and smoked sea salt
