Pick Out & Dig In! Top Spring Plant Sales in the Champaign-Urbana Area

April 14, 2026

Tiny seedlings lined up in trays…the promise of fresh herbs on the patio…finally getting your hands in the dirt again…spring is truly a hopeful, magical season. And whatever your gardening style—vegetable grower, flower lover, herb enthusiast, or ambitious first-timer—Champaign-Urbana offers plenty of reasons to get growing.

This spring, several local farms are offering community plant sales filled with healthy seedlings, fresh air, and chances to connect with the people who grow so much of what makes our area brilliant.

Here are a few to get started:

Delight Flower Farm
