Campus Edition: Champaign-Urbana Area Restaurant Week Specials

We get it—sometimes it’s hard to leave campus. No need to worry. You can still enjoy Champaign-Urbana Restaurant Week! Whether you’re up early, need a bite between classes, or just need to relax and fuel up, these Campustown spots are offering up some sweet specials through Saturday.
Caffé Bene, Green St.
Wake up! Early classes call for a solid breakfast plan. Caffé Bene’s $10.95 breakfast combo (available 8–10 am) includes your choice of a sandwich with brewed coffee, or a waffle or bakery item paired with brewed coffee.
BrewLab, Fifth St.
BrewLab has Restaurant Week covered from morning to afternoon. Start your day with the morning combo—drip coffee plus your choice of a cinnamon roll, pain au chocolat, or almond croissant for $8. Missed breakfast? The afternoon combo pairs a flavored latte, matcha, or chai with a three-piece cookie box for $10. And all day long, brighten your winter a little with a CU in the Sun, a sparkling mix of mango, lavender, cinnamon, and a splash of lime—for just $5.
BBQ Chicken, Gregory St.
If you’re craving something crispy and satisfying, BBQ Chicken’s lunch special combo hits all the right notes: six pieces of boneless chicken, French fries, and a soda for $12.95. It’s fast, filling, and ideal for powering through the rest of your day.
Café Sababa, John St.
Need a comforting lunch right on campus? Café Sababa, the kosher eatery at the Cohen Center, is offering a $15 “summer camp combo” that’s pure comfort food nostalgia. Think margherita grilled cheese, tomato soup, fries, a pickle, a cookie, and a drink. Cozy, satisfying, and perfect for a midday reset.
Susuru Ramen Bar, Green St.
Take your tastebuds to Japan at Susuru Ramen, a Campustown favorite. They’re offering two lunch combos for $16.50: tonkotsu ramen with three pieces of karaage chicken and a Tomomasu drink, or vegetarian ramen with a two-piece spring roll and a Tomomasu drink.
So Gong Dong, Sixth St.
Another standout lunch deal comes from So Gong Dong. For $15.99, choose from combo options that will totally warm you up in this never-ending cold. Like soondubu jjigae with a soft drink and three fried dumplings or a spring roll—or bibimbap with a soft drink, three dumplings or a spring roll, plus egg soup. So cozy, you might fall asleep in class afterward, so plan accordingly.
Forage Kitchen, Green St.
Just because it’s Restaurant Week doesn’t mean you can’t eat healthy! Forage Kitchen is offering a regular fiesta or Thai bowl with your choice of protein (excluding salmon or tuna), plus any Forage kombucha or tempache for $15. You might even be inspired to sprint around the Quad a few times. Maybe.
Pokelab, Sixth St.
What’s special about $12.55? That’s the price for your choice of a signature, salmon lover, or vegetarian poke bowl at Pokelab. Fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and a price that feels just right.
Kung Fu Tea, Sixth St.
You probably know Kung Fu Tea for its creative drinks—but don’t sleep on the food. During Restaurant Week, grab any poke bowl or sushi burrito with a medium drink for $13.95. It’s a solid meal deal with plenty of customization.
NAYA Indian Cuisine, Green St.
Got a date? Level up your campus dining experience at NAYA. Their Restaurant Week specials include an appetizer, entrée, and dessert—plus a refreshing mango lassi. With options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike, it’s a great spot when you want something a little more elegant.
You can eat wel, support our local restaurants, and enjoy some seriously good deals—without leaving campus!
