Join us for the Nutrition Across the Lifespan Resource Fair on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 4:00-6:00 PM at the I Hotel!
This free community event brings together families, health professionals,
and students for an evening of nutrition education and local resources.
Start with Professor Hannah Holscher's fascinating lecture "Eating for Trillions: How Food Shapes Your Microbiome & Health," followed by a panel of local dietitians sharing resources across all life stages. Then explore our hands-on Resource Fair featuring 20 tables by community organizations, including Champaign-Urbana Public Health, Eastern Illinois Food Bank, and University of Illinois nutrition researchers.
Experience interactive demonstrations, veggie meter testing, meet local nutrition authors, and discover nutrition services and support in the area. Whether you're a parent seeking family nutrition guidance, a student exploring careers, or someone interested in improving your wellbeing, you'll find valuable resources and connections.
