Learn how to make fresh pasta with Co-op instructor, Julia Paniago.
Students will make their own pasta dough and create different pasta styles and shapes.
The class will also cover simple yet delicious pesto and cream sauces
that pair perfectly with a variety of pasta.
Students will taste each dish and will be able to take
their handmade pasta home for future recipes.
