This is a chef-led, five-course tasting experience paired with
thoughtfully crafted cocktails that celebrate Ireland’s bold, layered flavors.
You’ll enjoy five approachable, elevated courses, two thoughtfully
selected wines, and one signature cocktail.
As dishes are prepared and presented, our chef will share the
inspiration behind the menu, flavor pairings, and culinary tips you
can bring into your own kitchen. A relaxed yet elevated experience
