This immersive experience blends live cooking, storytelling, culinary education, and wine tasting into one memorable evening. As each dish is prepared before you, our chef will share the traditions behind the recipes, practical Italian cooking techniques, and how simple, high-quality ingredients can transform everyday meals into something extraordinary.
You'll also discover what makes truly exceptional olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs, and seasonings, while learning how they're produced and why authentic, thoughtfully crafted ingredients are the foundation of great Italian cuisine.

Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age. Tickets $45.
