Escape to the sun-drenched coast for an evening inspired by the simple elegance of olive groves, seaside villages, and vineyard tables. This immersive five-course culinary and wine tasting experience celebrates fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, and timeless recipes that showcase the beauty of coastal cuisine.
As each course is prepared before you, our chef will share the techniques, inspiration, and culinary traditions behind every dish while demonstrating how premium olive oils, barrel-aged balsamic vinegars, and carefully selected ingredients transform everyday cooking into something extraordinary.
