A mala is a strand of beads that can be used for meditation, prayer or just to wear! Join yogi and designer Kristina Reese to create your own mala and learn ways to use it for meditation and intention setting. Kristina will guide a meditation practice and explain how colors and materials can affect mood and guide your practice. Custom beads and tassel colors available. Beginner friendly, no jewelry or meditation experience required. They make great gifts, too!
