Enjoy yoga by candlelight at Winter Solstice Yoga. Students will begin with the option of writing out a manifestation or intention: what do you want more of as we slowly welcome longer days? Then instructor Josie Heck of Yoga Off the Square will lead students in gentle grounding postures, breath work (pranayama) to soothe the nervous system, restorative postures, tuning forks and sound bowls.
$5/person. Registration will close Dec. 19 or when capacity is reached. All sales are final. Students should bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel.
