Master the art of cake decorating over three progressive evenings on
Mondays, March 16, 23, and 30 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
This three-week series takes you from foundational skills to creating
stunning buttercream flower arrangements. Each class builds on the previous one,
giving you the confidence and techniques to decorate beautiful cakes for any occasion.
Taught by Ashley Harmon of Sugared in Champaign, you'll learn professional
methods in a supportive, hands-on environment.
Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to strengthen foundational skills.
You'll learn:
