Sound practitioner Marissa Michael will lead a sound bath
using crystal singing bowls and chimes designed to promote
relaxation and mindfulness. Breath-centered grounding and
the resonant tones of the bowls will help to guide students inward.
These sessions offer a serene and contemplative atmosphere
to soften, unwind, and settle into reflective stillness, reconnecting
with yourself in a meaningful and restorative way.
$25/person. Register here.
Registration will close 1 day prior to each class or
when capacity is reached. All sales are final.
Students should bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow,
and dress for movement. Limited mats will be provided
on a first-come, first-served basis.
