As a traditional powwow dancer and storyteller, Dr. George Godfrey shares stories from his Potawatomi heritage. He brings history and tradition to life for audiences of all ages. This program features The Blue Rose and The Woods Cry. The latter is his imagining of a first-person account of experiences on the Trail of Death. The storytelling will last one hour, with a short Q&A to follow. A reception with light refreshments will conclude the program. Free, no registration required. All ages.
