Join Leslie Cooperband and Wes Jarrell, founders of Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery, for a peaceful and immersive afternoon designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience the calming beauty of the farm’s neighboring woodland.
Participants will enjoy a gentle guided walk along the pond and creek paths before arriving at the woodland meditation site. Surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the sounds of nature, guests will take part in a guided meditation experience that encourages relaxation and sensory awareness through connection with the natural environment.
