Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese healing practice that works with Universal Life Force Energy to support balance in the body, mind, and spirit. In this foundational Reiki Level 1 training, you will be introduced to the history, philosophy, and practice of Usui Reiki in a supportive and experiential environment. Whether you are new to energy work or feeling called to deepen your practice, this training offers both practical skills and personal transformation.
Reiki Level 1 focuses on self-healing first. Many participants experience increased clarity, relaxation, emotional release, and a deeper connection to their intuition.
