Join Illinois Extension for a fun, hands on class where you’ll learn to create a balanced and beautiful charcuterie board. Whether you’re hosting guests or just want to elevate your snacks, this class will give you the skills to craft a delicious and nutritious board with confidence. You’ll learn: Tips for selecting wholesome ingredients and how to arrange a well-balanced spread. Participants will also make their own mini charcuterie board to enjoy.
Cost: $20 per person, and space is limited. Register by July 7.
