Soul Singer and Avery Storms will appear at Spineless Books to talk about their collaborative graphic novels, Hennesy Secret and Zephyr and the Wind Dragons. Copies will be available.
Soul Singer is the writer and creator of the Hennesy Saga and the upcoming novel Dorothy and the Lost Souls. The Hennesy Secret was his first graphic novel adaptation and first collaboration with Avery Storms. Soul is a college English teacher and founder of a corporation that does handwriting analysis. He grew up in New York during the sixties and now resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
Avery Storms is a graphic novelist, musician, and painter. His collaborations include The Hennesy Secret (a graphic novel series with writer Soul Singer), Zephyr and the Wind Dragons (a children's book with writer Al Lee), and Reborn (a graphic novel with writer Mitch Klebanoff). Most recently, he animated sequences for the documentary Moving Joy. His ongoing solo projects include Ren300 and Circle of Ava. He is currently illustrating the graphic novel version of Soul Singer's upcoming Dorothy & the Lost Souls.
