Cultivate connection with your body, mind, and nature at Arboretum Sunset Yoga
on Mondays, March 30, April 13, May 11, July 6 or August 3 from 7-8 p.m.
in the Oak Grove at the Illinois Arboretum.
Kristina Reese will lead an all-levels class integrating yoga poses,
breath work, and meditation. Enjoy the serene surroundings of the Arboretum
as the sun sets on another day.
$15/person. Register here. Registration will close one day before each class
or when capacity is reached. All sales are final.
Students should bring a yoga mat, water bottle, towel and
are encouraged to dress in layers.
A limited number of mats will be available.
