Local Photographers Jodi Adams and Charissa Lansing invite you to the opening of their exhibition titled Mother/Nature.
This exhibition will showcase the black and white photography of Charissa, an emerging artist whose work is both elegant and moving. With the longing of nostalgia, Lansing's images invite you to contemplate your relationship to the Mother archetype...just in time for Mother's Day.
Jodi's timeless portrayals of nature embodies our own relationship to source, creation, and the divine essence of that which we all call home.
Help create an altar by leaving a personal token with the intention of honoring Mother, Nature or both. Paper and pen will be provided for you to send a love letter to your favorite sacred space in nature, or a poem or note to a mother figure in your life.
Feathers, rocks, leaves, and petals will be on hand or you can bring your own offering.

This sacred space allows an interactive opportunity to engage with the art and to reflect on your own relationship with the two powerful forces of Mother and Nature.
