You’re exhausted. Not just a little tired — soul-level, can’t-turn-your-brain-off, doom scrolling-at-midnight exhausted. We see you. And we’ve built this space just for you.
This community-based event blends gentle movement, guided journaling, yoga nidra meditation, and optional acupuncture in a warm, welcoming space. It’s not about “fixing” yourself—it’s about laying it all down and resting together.
This isn’t just about putting your body in rest mode for 90 minutes (though that will feel amazing). It’s about something bigger: Resting together creates a more compassionate, connected, and resilient community. When we rest, we reclaim our humanity—and we make space for a different kind of world. One that isn’t driven by grind culture, but grounded in care.
We only have space for 12 participants in this donation-based class ($1+ is accepted; $25-$55 suggested, if you are able.)
? This is for you if:
- You’re burned out from helping others nonstop
- The 24/7 bad news cycle has you feeling numb or hopeless
- You’re dealing with insomnia, chronic pain, or fatigue
- You don’t know how to rest anymore—or what rest even means
- Your mind never stops racing (even when your body is still)
???? What to expect:
- Gentle welcome + intention setting
- Short guided journaling + light movement to help you settle
- A yoga nidra meditation (a deeply restful guided practice)
- Optional acupuncture pins added mid-practice (no experience needed)
- Gentle reawakening + space to share or just sip tea and head out slowly
???? What to bring:
We have 12 very cozy recliner chairs that you’ll be able to relax in plus some blankets for more ease and warmth. All you really need to do is wear loose, comfortable clothing and come ready to relax. If you’d like you can also bring:
- A journal/paper + pen
- Comfy clothes you can fully relax in
- An open heart (no performance, no perfection required)
- A yoga mat, blanket, or anything that makes you feel cozy
