"Forever in Bloom" A one day Ikebana (Japanese Flower Arranging) exhibit on Saturday, July 19th, Champaign Public Library Robeson Pavilion Room C from 10:00 - 5:00 pm (free)
Enjoy viewing different styles of flower arrangements using summer flowers by local members of the Illinois Prairie Chapter of the Ikenobo Ikebana School of Flower Arranging in Kyoto, Japan. This one day exhibit will feature two large ikebana in memory of Jane Mangrum and Nancy Benson, two members who passed away this last year. If you are curious about ikebana and would like to see members arranging in person, please come between 10:am and noon. The completed arrangements will be on display until 5 pm.
