celebrates the magic of slow simmering, clean ingredients, and the joy of winter cooking.
As each soup is prepared during this chef-led instruction, you’ll learn the techniques,
textures, and flavor-building steps that turn simple ingredients into something extraordinary.
We’ll also share how our hand-crafted olive oils, balsamics, and spices
are made and why great ingredients are the secret foundation of every memorable bowl.
