This Mardi Gras inspired culinary experience is bold, festive,

This chef-led experience is guided by Kristina Adams Smith ,
a registered dietitian who brings both culinary expertise and nutritional insight to the table.
Kristina blends bold Louisiana inspired flavors with thoughtful technique,
showing how indulgent comfort food can still feel balanced and intentional.
You’ll enjoy five approachable, elevated courses,
two thoughtfully selected wines, and one signature cocktail.
As dishes are prepared and presented, our chef will share the inspiration behind the menu,
flavor pairings, and culinary tips you can bring into your own kitchen.
