ETC. catering will provide a soul food lunch in the Student Union Cafeteria.
The meal will feature baked chicken, catfish, and a vegetarian option
in celebration of Black History Month.
Vouchers will be provided for students.
This event is part of Parkland College's observation of
Black History Month in February. With the theme "African Americans and Labor,"
the college will explore historical and contemporary African American accomplishments.
Events are open to the public unless otherwise noted.
