Welcome to The Greek Village Feast, where the spirit of a
traditional Greek table comes to life. In villages across Greece,
meals are simple, generous, and meant to be shared and built
around fresh ingredients, family recipes, and warm hospitality.

During this chef-led tasting experience, we explore the rustic
dishes you might find in small tavernas and countryside homes
throughout Greece. Bright lemon, fragrant herbs, rich olive oil,
and comforting Mediterranean flavors take center stage
as each course reflects the depth and simplicity of Greek culinary tradition. 
The menu is also vegetarian-friendly, offering a vibrant
and satisfying experience for those who enjoy Mediterranean,
plant-forward cuisine.

Throughout the evening, we’ll also highlight what makes great
cooking truly exceptional — the ingredients. You’ll learn about
the olive oils, balsamics, spices, and seasonings we use, how
they are crafted, and why their purity and quality transform even
the simplest recipes. Understanding ingredients is one of the secrets
to cooking beautifully, and it’s a passion we love sharing.

Relax, sip, and enjoy the experience as we prepare each course
in front of you, sharing techniques, stories, and inspiration
drawn from Greece’s timeless food culture.

Baked Feta with Tomatoes & Fresh Herbs
Fasolada — Greek Heritage Bean Stew
Roasted Lemon & Garlic Potatoes with Tzatziki
Spanakopita Inspired Pasta
Semolina Honey Cake with Lemon & Pistachios

Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation
along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared.
We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes.
