Kick off the season with a five-course farm dinner built around crisp spring vegetables,
warm boards for the table, and a show-stopping herb-crusted pork tenderloin with
Dijon pan sauce and pea purée. We’ll start with a generous nibble board to share,
move into a bright, palate-resetting salad, and finish with goat cheese cheesecake
and rhubarb compote that tastes like May decided to be charming on purpose.
