In this immersive, hands-on workshop, Maria Ayala, founder of Pueblito Nature,
will guide you through the journey of chocolate from rainforest to finished treat.
You’ll explore where cacao grows, taste a variety of chocolates,
and learn the difference between artisan and mass-produced chocolate.
You’ll then dive into the chocolate-making process, focusing on tempering
and molding your own confections using ethically sourced cacao.
Along the way, you’ll gain insight into how sustainable practices
support communities and protect rainforest ecosystems.
