a joyous Juneteenth celebration featuring Raphael & Whitney for an unforgettable evening of inspiring Gospel, R&B, and Soul.
This free concert welcomes all to celebrate freedom, culture,
and unity through music.
Hailing from both Chicago and Champaign, the dynamic husband-
and-wife duo first met on the University of Illinois campus and have
since built a celebrated career rooted in love, faith, and extraordinary
artistry. Drawing inspiration from legendary voices such as
Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, Whitney Houston, and Luther Vandross, Raphael & Whitney blend timeless Soul and R&B traditions with
their own unique, contemporary energy.
